From the outset a monthly maintenance fee is payable by each homeowner and adjusted as it becomes necessary by the Steering Committee, to provide absolute transparency annual accounts are prepared and submitted to all homeowners for their records and perusal. Additional services that may be required in larger developments, such as on site vehicle rentals and a local minibus service for homeowners and their guests, will be provided. In fact the necessities need to make each stay more comfortable and relaxing.
